A vibrant hub for learning, creating, and collaborating, featuring 8 meeting spaces, 2 large dormitories housing 120 guests, creation spaces for music, dance, theater, painting and writing, wellness facilities, coffee shop, pub, and a dining hall to accommodate 200 people.


Haybarn Theater
Haybarn Theater has a rich history of hosting community events and performances. Many Goddard students honed their craft on this stage and went on to become Pulitzer Prize & Emmy winners, and world reknowned musicians / artists. Located in The Center, the theater has a proscenium stage, open wooden dance floor, mirrored wall with ballet barre, and 250 chairs which allow set up for multiple uses. There is ample rear of house, a dressing room, large retractable movie screen and sound system.

Martin Manor
Step Back In Time...
A Tudor Revival manor listed on the historic registry invites guests to dine, meet, stay or celebrate in one or all of the three event rooms, a library, hospitality room, manicured grounds, boxwood labyrinth, fountains, stone walls and grape arbor. Guests will create memories of a lifetime while enjoying all of the amenities of The Creative Campus. Martin Manor will be available for parties, meeting space, weddings, alumni weekends and community events.
Greatwood Living
Greatwood Living is designed for those who believe that creativity and lifelong learning are not just pastimes but a way of life.
